【工場全体のマネジメントを担当】OEM・ODM・PBでの化粧品をメインとした製造・生産管理業務
【in particular】
化粧品をメインに扱う製造工場にて、工場全体のマネジメントをお任せします。
工場には17名のスタッフが在籍。
製造・生産管理・品質管理にはそれぞれ部門責任者がおり、彼らの上位者として全体を統括するポジションです。
＊設備の起動、運転管理、終了操作
＊スタッフへの指導、人員配置
＊生産性の管理、報告
＊ISO申請関連業務
＊防虫対策
＊設備・備品の管理
＊産業廃棄物の適切な処理 など
＜＜ Products ＞＞
現在はハンドクリーム、シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディーローションなどの化粧品/コスメを中心に扱っています。
Rather than continuing to produce the same products or series for a long time, the company's distinctive feature is that it develops products in line with the trends of the time.

OEM・ODMのクライアントは、各商品のメーカーや大手バラエティショップなどが中心です。

＊製造工場での責任者経験3年以上
*Required: Regular car license (AT only acceptable)
▼優遇・歓迎条件
＊化粧品や医薬品業界での工場責任者経験
＊ISO、GMP等の知識、運営経験

【転勤なし】岩屋駅より徒歩9分／車通勤OK

Working hours:
勤務時間：勤務時間：8:30～17:45
(Break time 1 hour 00 minutes)
