This position involves the overall management of a manufacturing plant that mainly handles cosmetics.
The factory has 17 staff members.
There are department managers for manufacturing, production management, and quality control, and this position is their superior and oversees the entire department.
*Equipment startup, operation management, and shutdown operations
*Staff guidance and staff allocation
* Productivity management and reporting
*ISO application related work
* Insect repellent measures
* Management of facilities and equipment
* Appropriate disposal of industrial waste, etc.
＜＜ Products ＞＞
Currently, we mainly deal with cosmetics such as hand cream, shampoo conditioner, and body lotion.
Rather than continuing to produce the same products or series for a long time, the company's distinctive feature is that it develops products in line with the trends of the time.

OEM/ODM clients are mainly product manufacturers and major variety stores.

▼Required conditions
* 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing plant manager
*Required: Regular car license (AT only acceptable)

*Knowledge of ISO, GMP, etc., and management experience
