Cosmetics Division
We accept OEM and ODM production of cosmetics and quasi-drugs for a wide range of clients both domestically and internationally. We also manufacture and sell our own national brand (NB) products.
Founded in 2019, our company supports a variety of clients—from those launching their first cosmetic brand, to those already selling original products, or seeking to expand into the cosmetics market.
Though we are a relatively new company as a cosmetic manufacturer, our group company TOA Industry has long held cosmetic manufacturing and sales licenses. We strive to meet our clients’ needs flexibly and without being bound by outdated conventions, by utilizing our accumulated OEM/ODM know-how.

| “OEM” stands for “Original Equipment Manufacturing.” It refers to manufacturing products that will be sold under the client’s brand. In this case, our company, as the manufacturer, produces the requested items based on the client’s provided specifications. This differs from ODM in that the client provides the production instructions. |

| “ODM” stands for “Original Design Manufacturing.” Similar to OEM, the products are sold under the client’s brand, but the manufacturer also handles product planning, research, and development from the design stage. |
